| Purpose | This option is designed for common server maintenance tasks of a repetitive nature, such as shutting down the server daily after office hours or restarting it at regular intervals. You can review the currently listed tasks through this ((link AA1538.pdf)). |

| Type | This option, along with the next two options, sets up a repetitive scheduler for the selected activity. It provides four scheduling types: Hourly, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. The frequency for the chosen schedule type here is specified in the subsequent Gap option. |
| Gap | The Gap option, in conjunction with the scheduling Type selected in the previous step, determines the frequency of the event occurrence. For example, if you choose a gap of 2 and the type is set to Hourly, the event will recur every two hours from the time it is first triggered. |
| Next Trigger | The initial event will occur at the specified future date and time, with subsequent events recurring based on the selected gap and type. Once updated with first trigger time, the system will continue to display the next trigger time based on type and gap, which can also be readjusted as needed to ensure the process continues seamlessly from that point onward. |
